Fir: also inhibits bronchial infections, reduces coughing, and helps you feel ground while producing a feeling of elevation.

Mountain Holiday spritzer: distilled water, witch hazel, Vit E, Pine, Virginia Cedarwood, Fir needle, Mandarin Orange, Cinnamon, Spruce, Cypress, Myrtle, Juniper berry, Nutmeg, Frankincense and Clove plus potassium sorbate and silver citrate salts (both part of my natural preservative system for aqueous based products_.
NOTE: because these are handcrafted, all ingredients may vary slightly in order to create with the freshest ingredients possible - but no new ingredient would ever be added. Please contact me with any questions. As with anything, discontinue use if you have irritation.

* And no fragrance oils. The term "fragrance" can have up to 4,000 separate chemicals, which the FDA does not require the manufacturer to list. Many of these chemicals are carcinogenic, toxic, or hormone disruptors.
