Most often, I recommend starting with a 1 ounce tincture to see how well this tincture works for you. If you have no reactions to the 1 oz tincture, then I recommend ordering the 4 ounce tincture and using all of that tincture. Once you have finished 5 ounces of a tincture, I usually like to change up the formula.
